The University

The University was established in 2018 under Madhya Pradesh Niji Vishwavidhyalaya (Sthapana Avam Sanchalan) Adhiniyam 2007.

The University campus is spread across a sprawling 51 acres of land at Bilkisganj, Sehore (M.P.). The university is established by Sri Sai Gramothan Samiti, Bhopal, which has vast experience in establishing educational institutions over the past 25 years. We offer our students a stress-free learning environment that encourages creativity and critical thinking. We are always open to refreshing views and suggestions that can add more value to the students of our university.

Beyond philosophy, our principles and ethics are attributed to perfect execution and dedication. The ability is developed by analytical abilities, tolerant minds, wise decisions, and steady emotions. Our Approach to Polytechnic Education :

The four pillars of the polytechnic educational paradigm are: technology-related education, experiential teaching techniques assessed on competency-based results, close linkages to industry, and applied research that aims to address issues encountered by industry and provide students with work-integrated learning (WIL). Its courses emphasise technology-based abilities.

When compared to colleges, the most obvious distinction between our programmes is the degree to which our qualifications are relevant to the workforce. Our programs undergo annual reviews by a Program Advisory Committee (PAC), which advises Mansarovar Global University on curriculum development to fulfill our mandate from the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development, ensuring alignment with emerging labour market needs. These yearly consultations give students confidence that their curriculum is consistently updated to reflect sector changes and that they are developing the skills required for meaningful employment.

Basic Acknowledgement

MGU is located on the traditional and treaty lands of Madhya Pradesh, in a region often referred to as Central India, along the Narmada River—a historical link between the northern and central parts of the country. Bhopal, now home to residents from various states, continues to serve as an important point of connection for all. Work-integrated Learning (WIL)

Applied research projects, co-ops, internships, field placements, and apprenticeships are just a few examples of educational and practical settings where students can participate in work-integrated learning (WIL). WIL addresses the common challenge of limited work experience among recent graduates by providing them with relevant industry exposure, which can enhance their prospects for future career opportunities. Through engagement in WIL, students strengthen their ability to communicate not only what they can contribute to an organization but also how they can achieve it effectively.

Apprenticeship : A program that integrates classroom learning with practical on-the-job training.

Field placement: Gaining real-world experience in a professional work environment.

Co-op : A program designed or recognized by the institution that combines academic study with paid work experience.

Internship : Hands-on job experience in a professional setting.

Program Advisory Board (PAC)

To ensure that all Mansarovar programmes remain relevant and aligned with industry needs, the Program Advisory Committee (PAC) meets at least twice a year. Each PAC evaluates every postsecondary degree, diploma, and certificate programme offered by Mansarovar.

Membership in each PAC is voluntary and consists of eight to twelve external experts, including employers, alumni, industry and business leaders, and representatives from professional and accrediting bodies.

The committee provides guidance on a range of key areas, including internships and field placements, employment opportunities, student honours and scholarships, curriculum development, technology integration, and public relations.

The Program Advisory Committees play a vital role in maintaining the quality and strategic direction of Mansarovar’s programmes.

Certifications Related to Employment

Qualifications designed to develop competencies (skills) that are directly applicable in the workplace are referred to as employment-related credentials. By aligning the curriculum with industry requirements, students gain the specific skills that employers expect them to bring to their roles. Faculty collaborate closely with industry partners to identify the competencies students should demonstrate upon graduation and to design reliable assessments for tracking their progress.

This approach differs from the traditional educational model by emphasizing the acquisition of industry-relevant skills and employing a variety of strategies to help students synthesize and apply their knowledge. Competency-based education, which allows students to progressively develop their abilities at their own pace, challenges the conventional one-size-fits-all approach to teaching and learning.

The University was established by Sri Sai Gramothan Samiti, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The society was founded in 1995 and has since been actively engaged in carrying out various projects and initiatives in rural and underprivileged areas to promote education and provide quality healthcare services.
